Our First Grant: UCM
Universal Church of the Master: $5000 for their 100 year anniversary in 2008.
UCM is a spiritual based religious organization that Roger Corless had joined and become a Reverend Minister in order to put in practice his knowledge and understanding of healing. Through UCM, Roger had met many of its members and fellow Ministers and formed good friendships.
It is unfortunate that Roger did not live to fulfill the work he wished about counseling and mentoring individuals that he believed UCM would give him.
When asked to design a new logo for UCM, Roger created a beautiful symbol incorporating aspects of the symbols of most of the worlds religious traditions and gave it to UCM to better express its world mission of lowering and helping dissolve barriers among peoples, beliefs, and traditions.
